The Ölmez Investor Deployment Room lets investors explore a SHAWARMA TIME gas-station restaurant unit before deployment. View the location, inspect the counter, understand the kitchen, review staffing, study the numbers, and follow the launch from opportunity to opening day. This is not a brochure — it is a controlled investment inspection layer.

This is not a 360 walkthrough or a digital twin — it is intentionally an inspection panel. The goal is not spectacle; it is to turn every surface into decision-grade information.
Every phase has an owner, a calendar, and concrete deliverables. The investor sees the AFFAREM file and LiveOps notes at each stage.
Week 0 – 2
Investor signs the inspection NDA and reviews the unit dossier with the desk.
Week 2 – 5
The unit is laid out, costed, and approved against the SHAWARMA TIME system spec.
Week 5 – 11
Construction, equipment install, and the brand build-out happen on a single coordinated track.
Week 11 – 13
DISCIPLINA runs the operator certification on the live unit before any customer is served.
Week 13 – 15
The unit opens with a limited menu and controlled hours so the team and the system stabilise together.
Week 15 onward
Marketing activation goes live and the unit enters the AFFAREM steady-state cadence.

Lower the fear, not the discipline. A starter position gives you a learning path that upgrades into a full seat — or into the next unit.
Inspection Position
$5,000
The smallest entry that still grants AFFAREM read access for one operating unit, twice-weekly distribution, and a learning seat in the branch group.
Responsibility
Read-only. No operating role. Eligible to upgrade after one full distribution cycle.
→ $10K micro-stake or $25K co-seat after observing two distribution cycles.
Micro-Stake
$10,000
A meaningful starter share. AFFAREM read + branch group voting + twice-weekly distribution. Still no operating role required.
Responsibility
Vote in branch-group decisions. Receive performance briefings.
→ $25K co-seat or upgrade to the full $30K investor seat.
Co-Seat
$25,000
Half of a full investor seat. Suitable for partners or first-time investors stepping into the four-investor structure together.
Responsibility
Shared seat with a vetted co-investor. Joint LiveOps briefings.
→ Convert to a full $30K seat as soon as one opens.
Full Investor Seat
$30,000
One of the four-investor seats in a unit. Choice of three operating models — shift manager, hired manager, or LiveOps-controlled passive seat.
Responsibility
Active or LiveOps-supervised. Full AFFAREM file access.
→ Reinvest into the next deployment unit when this one stabilises.
Each investor picks one role. You are not buying a dream — you are entering an operating responsibility.
You hold a seat and you run a shift. Your Smart Discipline Score is part of your investor record.
Best fit · First-generation operators who want hands-on control of the asset.
You hold a seat and pay for a vetted manager to cover the operating responsibility on your behalf.
Best fit · Investors who want operational accountability without on-floor work.
Approved only after SevetTeam vets the manager and the LiveOps monitoring layer is fully provisioned.
Best fit · Capital-only partners; subject to approval, not the default route.

AFFAREM is the serious layer. The visual tour attracts; AFFAREM closes. Every unit posts daily sales, COGS, staff cost, station share, management fees, reserve deduction, and the net distributable amount into the Investor Account.
Distributions are reviewed and released after sales reconciliation, operating costs, branch reserves, management fees, and applicable deductions. No fixed return is implied or guaranteed; payouts follow actual unit performance.
